The price, scope, delivery times, and conditions of the audit will be communicated before the service begins. If any future discount on monthly plans is offered, it must be expressly indicated in the corresponding proposal or commercial communication.

5. Monthly Plans and Recurring Services

If the client decides to cancel a service after the work has started, progress completed up to that date may be delivered, provided that the corresponding payment has been completed.

9. Client Obligations

For the proper provision of services, the client agrees to:

• Respond to information requests within reasonable timeframes.

Lack of information, access, approvals, or responses from the client may delay delivery times or limit the scope of the results.

10. Access to Accounts and Tools

To provide certain services, the client may need to grant access to platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, WordPress, hosting, SEO tools, CRM systems, or other platforms.

The client is responsible for granting appropriate, secure, and authorized access. Whenever possible, we recommend granting user-based access, limited permissions, and avoiding the direct sharing of passwords.

Technical SEO Consulting, will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect access, expired credentials, third-party restrictions, previous configuration errors, or actions performed by other users with access to the same platforms.
